Meet the peaq Service Portal
The peaq Service Portal (service-portal.peaq.ch) is the latest tool added to peaq’s arsenal, with the sole purpose of assisting the collaboration with our customers and partners. The Service Portal is versatile and covers the needs of different user groups:
Customers of IOportal and/or SAM4H
Customers of IOportal and/or SAM4H benefit from following functionality:
- Overview of active products and statistics on licensed storage arrays
- Get the upload token and upload URL for configuring the collector for the IOportal Cloud Service
- View product release notes
- Option to download SAM4H software
- Detailed view of all contract (products, storage arrays, duration) and the contractual status
- Option to download a SAM4H license – if applicable
- Configure systems and download updated license for customers with a site contract
- Provide feedback to peaq
Hitachi and Partners: Sales and Account Managers
Sales and Account Managers from Hitachi or other Partners benefit from following functionality:
- Overview of customers and their contractual status
- Functionality for creating valid quotes with a few clicks – no peaq approval required
- Download price catalogue
- Provide feedback to peaq
Hitachi and Partners: Engineers
Engineers and technicians from Hitachi or Partners benefit from following functionality:
- View configured and licensed arrays of customer
- Get the upload token and upload URL for configuring the collector for the IOportal Cloud Service
- Download SAM4H software and license for performing installations and/or updates (software or license update)
- Provide feedback to peaq
